Delete your En Mart account

This page explains how to delete an account on the En Mart app (buyers) or the En Mart Seller app (sellers), both provided by En Mart, and what happens to your data.
Option 1: Delete from the app
En Mart (buyers)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
En Mart Seller
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Request account deletion.
- Confirm, then send the request using the form below.
Option 2: Request deletion here
Use this if you no longer have the app or cannot sign in. The form opens your email app with the request filled in. Send it from your registered email address so we can match it to your account. We may confirm your identity with an OTP to your registered mobile or email.
Prefer plain email? Write to ennmartsupport@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”, and include the app name and your registered mobile number.
What we delete

| All accounts | Name, email address, mobile number, password, Google sign-in link and saved locations. |
| Buyers | Saved addresses and receiver contacts, cart and wishlist. Your reviews are removed or shown as from a “deleted user”. |
| Sellers | Business profile details, PAN, FSSAI licence, bank account details, uploaded documents and pickup location. Your listings are removed from the catalogue. |
What we keep, and for how long

How long it takes
- Your account is deactivated within 30 days of the request being confirmed, after which you can no longer sign in.
- Personal data listed above is deleted or anonymised within 90 days.
- Open orders, refunds or seller payouts are completed or settled first.
- Copies in backups are removed on our normal backup cycle.
